As with any other job offer, interview several people and firms. I do know that Help U Sell offers a buyer's program....Help U Buy..... where certain offices offer up to $5,000 to the buyer, in the form of a buyer rebate in escrow, depending on purchase price and when and if you purchase a property that is listed in the MLS with another brokerage. The higher the purchase price, the higher the rebate. Selling with them is even better! I'd check it out along with others and see who is the most qualified. With the savings, buy yourself a new sportscar instead of one for the agent. Or new carpets or other upgrades.
