Glad to hear you're okay. So you just, um, got the snot knocked out of you?

Just saw this thread. Glad you are okay.
Like other's said, and as a general note, the RV owner's insurance should cover your medical. There is medical built into a vehicle policy and anything above that is that person's responsibility. You should submit your urgent care bill to that person.
GET HEALTH INSURANCE.
Lots of states require minimal auto coverage, but a serious accident is going to blow through the minimal coverage of the other driver's policy really fast. Assuming the other driver is insured at all. And do you think that the driver of the RV is solvent to pay the bill above and beyond the insurance company's liability? Even if it's not your fault, getting stuck with the bill to patch you up after a big accident will wipe you out (medical debt is the single largest cause of consumer bankruptcy in the U.S.)
If for no other reason than to remove your reluctance to go to the ER after something like this, you should be insured. Head injuries are no joke.
Get insurance. I'm glad you were not hurt in this accident. Get insurance.

so i'm back from the ER
looks like the yellow/clear fluid shouldn't be a concern. they told me that since i was recovering from a cold, it was probably mucous that got kicked out from the impact.

So the yellowish fluid is actually alkaline fluid. The human body produces alkaline fluid in very limited amounts, as such, any wasted alkaline fluid is a serious health concern. Alkaline fluid is very easily discharged through the human sinus system, and the largest exit of that system is the nasal passage. Looks like you are dangerously low on alkaline fluid, since it was discharged through your nasal passage. I would seek medical assistance immediately.
I am not a doctor or nurse, but I did stay at a Holiday Inn last night.
