Question to the S2KI women!
...and I'm not gonna be considering marrige for a good ten years or so, even if I do find the right girl...it's just not a good idea to get married at a young age.

I agree that women CAN get screwed in a divorce, but I was speaking in more stereotypical ways.
However, on the subject. You friend's laywer must have been a complete dumb-ass. In a divorce it should be clearly stated who gets what possessions in the settlement. If her ex wouldn't let her get her stuff, then he would be in violation and it should not be a big deal to get the cops to "escort" her while retreiving her items. The house, well, your right she's screwed there probably.
I would never get married without a pre-nup. I can even hear it now:
Me: "I want you to sign a pre-nup."
Her: "Don't you love me?"
Me: "Don't you love me?"
Her: "I would never ask for more than I deserved if there ever MIGHT be a divorce."
Me: "I know, and this is how I know, sign this."

So here's the thing.....prenups are in a sense bad too....think about it. To me prenups mean that you have real trust issues in the relationship. If you REALLY trust here then you wouldn't need a prenup. If you don't trust her then how solid is your relationship?
Part of me feels that if you think that you should have a prenup then you probably shouldn't be getting married(well if your getting married for love that is).
It's just me though....I wouldn't get married if thier were outstanding trust issues.
Yes I've thought about prenups, because this will be an issue for me too.

I would sign a prenump.... I like cocky guys, guys that arent push overs.... I like when guys play hard to get, dont really have a thing for the leghumpers, but subtle signs do the job, I also look at facial structrure, Nice jaw line, big cheek bones, etc...
