I am thinking of organizing a group buy on quality s2000 clothing accessories, such as hats, t-shirts and jackets for myself and others.

My question has to do with the S2000 and Honda logo. My understanding is that i cannot use them without Honda's permision.

My question is this, is it the logo design that i cannot use or is it the letter S and 2000 combined that i cannot use?

If its the design that i cannot use, how different does it have to be? For example, the logo above for s2000 online seems to be close to me, is that different enough?

It is my understanding that you can't use the font that Honda uses for the logo.

Sev, keep in in mind that the S2KCA is in talks right now to gain permission to use the logo. We are a non-profit corporation and structured after the NSXCA, which has permission, so I am thinking we may get the permission that we are looking for.
