I notice lots of cool S2000 related signatures that everyone around here seems to have, like the top always down, the different colored S2000s, etc. I was wondering what the copyright policy is on them. Can I use them for my signature on this forum? How about other forums? I don't want to "steal" someone elses hard work.

 

None that I know of, unless you take a 'trademarked' logo from a sponser or something. I believe the top down graphic and others of the type where created to share with all.

Side note - Just dont offer a 'classic' style 'H' or 'Honda' emblems, cause Honda has been known to call and ask you to stop doing it. Anyone else remember that? I wanted one so bad, but have not seen one pop up for sale in forever and a day.

These are custom made for each owner. Please do not use them even if one of them looks like your car. I think the guy who makes them even charges a small fee to make these.

 

I just got mine today.

 

The fellow who makes these is "i_heart_my_DB8". A very nice and talented guy.

Initially he offered to make only 1 S2000 image per car color/type. They have become so popular that he started offering to make individual images of the cars for a small fee (I think it was about $8), which someone mentioned above.
