everytime they open up the team radio coverage, the dude that can't pronounce Barrichello and Schumacher just won't shut the hell up.

so far i'm not impressed at all with ABC's coverage.

 

at least they got Panis right. I couldn't stand the other guy who would always pronounce it "Pan-IZ". =/

 

Not only do I agree, but JASON PRIESTLY as a commentator!!! Come on ABC. You state that you're the world leader in sports entertainment. If you didn't own ESPN you wouldn't be.

 

ABC's coverage absolutely sucks! They have a bunch of motormouth, ignorant commentators doing a race that they know nothing about. Eddie Cheever, who is a mediocre driver in a minor-league series (IRL), can't even pronounce the driver's names correctly. I just heard Bob Jenkins say something about David Coulthard and "that other car" fighting for position. There are only 22 cars, you should know all of them! Then Jason Priestley just said Ralf was driving a McLaren.

I'm almost considering turning off ABC's coverage and just watching Speedvision's tape-delayed coverage tonight.

Who cares about Nascar? Like that is the only form of motor racing that you can compare to?

 

it doesn't take much to learn their names...pathetic at best.
