Bruce Lee moved so fast that no film was able to capture him at full speed.... I remember watching and old film of him in a sparring match and they were standing there and then the next moment, his sparring partner is literally flying through the air and landed in the crowd. Was amazing to watch

I agree with both of you. One Razor is correct on the fact that he would be beat by most real fighters, but Gymniac, is also correct, martial arts is more about the mental aspect than the physical. but this guy is not as impressive to me as the Wushu guys, watch them.

I'm just curiuos...

why would his yelling upset you? most martial arts teach controlled breathing and teach that the management of breath is an essential part of the art. some arts do so by slowed breathing, some do so by explosive yells. some call it "ki" others call it "chi". Either way, where's the problem.

its clear that this set of kata (if thats even the right term for his art) was meant for demonstrations purposes. i won't argue the merits of what he's done from the perspective of winning a fight (since this was again an exhibition of physical attributes and not fighting prowess) but even the most jaded must agree that he demonstrates great speed, agility, power and flexibility.

give the guy his prop's. you might be disciplined and gifted enough to do that routine but there aren't many people on this earth who are.
