Default Recommend some new 'gourmet' hot sauces

With football season coming up, I've been trying to find some new sauces for hot wings. So far I've tried Dave's Insanity Sauce, the Bull Snort brand and 100% Pain. I'm loving the Dave's sauce, just a few drops in a mixture of 70% Frank's Hot Sauce and 30% butter will kick anyone's ass, haha. So anyone have some recommendations on some good gourmet hot sauces? Putting a bit in homemade chili is great too.

I've had Daves and it is flat-out smoking. Lately, I've been using Srirancha as a base, not just for wings but on all kinds of things. Good stuff.

Coincidentally, last year I did a show for Noodles' son's birthday party.

Mad dog 357 is pretty hot. At a 4th of July party i was at this year a guy had some and no one could handle just sticking a tooth pick down in the stuff and touching the tip of the tooth pick to their tongue. Needless to say after watching 10+ do this then freak out and run for something to drink i didnt touch it.

www.painisgood.com

These guys are my favorite. Their bloody mary mix is amazing. The mixed nuts and salsas are also really good. I haven't made wings with any of their sauces yet but they've got a lot of killer choices...I might have to try making some soon.

my favorite so far is hellfire & damnation. it's actually probably not as spicy as the ones listed above, but the flavor is really good.

Call me weak but the only hot sauce I can handle (kinda) Sriracha.

I love the stuff, quite possibly the only condiment you can put on pizza, sushi, popcorn and french fries.

Besides, a hot sauce named "Butt Burner" doesn't sit well with me.
