I think you should try it. For dating services it's cheap. I plan to try it. Plus you can try for 6 months and say you "didn't meet anyone special" or what-not.
I set up a profile a while back and there are some girls on there I'd go out with in a heartbeat (whether they share the feeling I don't know). I only did the free one so I couldn't contact anyone.

Compare that to outfits like Great Expectations who want thousands up front and tend to only offer 40+ women. Not bad if you are older an want someone serious, but I'd imagine it sucks for a 20 something.

 

You live in the Bay Area. Go out. Join some other clubs (that perhaps have some lower sausage ratios than our esteemed crew). Meet friends at work; they'll introduce to other friends. Say "hello" more often when you enter a room. Engage in interesting conversations. Be interesting.

There is no point looking for a girlfriend or wife unless you want to have kids. Its a much better idea to just use a call girl when you need the puss.

i am in a similar position as you... all of my friends are married with kids. I went out to the clubs 2 times and it was stupid. bunch of drunk idiots. I went out to a smaller bar with some chick and damn..... i went to the bathroom and the ****ing dudes were all over her..... ****ers move fast these days!!!
