registering a domain name...
I want to reserve a domain for future business use. I won't do anything with the site immediately, so I don't need any designing or much space for hosting yet.
Is there anything that I should consider when registering a domain? I am gonna go with .com if possible...
I saw godaddy.com having a special for $6.99 /year. sounds cheap enough.

Make sure the WhoIs information is registered with them so that your PII is not all over the net.
Thanks for the PM. I checked the domains you sent me and it looks like www.FatBlackWomenWithCorvettes.com is still available.

Godaddy is a good deal. And when you are ready to put something up at the name, you can use them for web hosting as well.
Make sure to register your domain name with an email address that is as permanent as possible.
If you lose your login information they send you upon a name registration, you will need to have access to the email address you use to have it resent.
