BTW....

I do know someone who lost his brother in the second tower. Went to a memorial service, blah blah.

The family was just getting over it. The government WAS actually going through the rubble and dna testing remains and such. It was not just a made up story. Over a year later they get a package from the government that is supposed to be his remains. It was a piece of dna indentified jaw bone. Totally messed the family up for a while. They had put it behind them. I mean they knew he was pulverized, but now it was staring them in the face all over again.

I don't know if that was wise on the government's part but then the other half of people want SOMETHING for remains to put it to rest.

And on that note....I came in late today to work so have to make up for it by leaving early.

i remember 9/11 like it was yesterday.....

I was amazed at all the assholes who went out and gave blood, flooded the blood donor centers to the point that eventually they had to throw blood away, then never went back again..... plus they were pissed that some of the blood got throw away..... my feeling was they did it more so they could talk about how they did their part to their neighbors... blaaa.

Or all the assholes that then decided it was time to hang the american flag. "look at all the unamerican's who don't have a flag like the one we just hung up 2 minutes ago..."... more blaaaaa
I couldn't believe how many clowns were putting flags on their houses and cars. Were you not proud to be an American before 9/11? Or are you a better American b/c you have a flag on your door?

I actually had a redneck neighbor ask me where I am from and why I don't have a flag in front of my house.
