Honestly, what is the difference between a cow and a dog? Would we all be as upset if cows were treated this way? I know I would, but then again, I'm NO fan of Mother Nature.

 

I am simply beside myself in fury at the inhumanity of these people.

If that was the case (I didn't read the article, too sad!), she has plenty of "power" or authority to change all that insanity.

Wow, I can't believe some people are so out of it that they thought it was a hoax. There have been references to this all over the radio/news commentaries. I first heard a radio talk show discussing it about 2-3 weeks ago.

If you're short on cash or need some mods, the French will exchange money for the dogs...

 

"the French," huh? RTFA, it is a localized issue on a small French holding in the Indian Ocean, hardly "the French," any more than a few people in Guam are "the Americans."

 

Of course its not a hoax. I always stop off at the pound on my way to the marina for a day of fishing...
