Default Rendering HD Video

What kind of rendering propterties do I use to have high quality video yet in a .mov file, so when I post it online, it's higher quality... thanks!!

Are you trying to post HD quality on line, like for streaming from a browser?

Are you shooting in HD? What application are you using?

i Movie... and I just want higher quality than a usual .mov file does when rendering the movie in "CD quality"

was your videos shot on HD camcorder and captured with appropreiate settings?

compressor or quicktime pro has all you need to get the hd outputs you want, they encode HD quality (your configurations) hinted (or not) streaming videos for web use
