Usually there is not that much put into them. I agree whatever amount of money is in them was a waste. However, there is a magazine called Trend Wagon in Japan that shows you step by step how to do most all these modifications for relatively cheap. I have two of these mags from the previous two years and they both have small insert books on fabrication and installation of different odd ball parts.
