You'll never change someone who thinks all Japanese cars are rice. Even after you blow away their 1985 Camaro they'll always look down on your car for not having torque or for being too small.

Just learn to laugh at their stupidity. You can't convince them that your car shouldn't be grouped together with Civics with huge wings and fart cans, just like you can't convince them that mullets are goofy and banging your own sister is bad.
