Right turn on Red ?
I'll honk my horn if they're sitting there. The red light effectively becomes a stop sign for them in that situation. Would you just sit there waiting indefinitely while the person in front of you sits there reading a book at a stop sign?
If you use your horn in my city, it is replied to with a middle finger in 3/5 situations. People are crazy here. They will rear end you and blame you for stopping too quickly. I had a lady cut me off the other day for absolutely no reason then give me the finger. When I pulled up next to her then to confront her with a puzzled look she had both hands on the wheel, white knuckled and wouldn't look at me. We sat at a light side by side while I waved at her asking why she cut me off and gave me the finger. I didn't have road rage, I just didn't get it.
meh. Hey Christ.

What if the person is lost and doesn't know if they should turn right or go straight? All of yall are so inconsiderate.

It's not a stop sign, so don't compare it to one.

It's not inconsiderate, what I think is inconsiderate to not think of other people on the road when driving, constantly slowing traffic all over the city and causing accidents by not signaling, not allowing people to proceed when you have the chance, not saying thank you when people let you in. I extend extreme courtesy on the road and it's exactly what I expect back from people.
A horn is not an angry scream at someone, it's your only method of communication from within a vehicle. People freak out if horn honkwhen it's really just an audible "heads-up" warning.
