I'd like to link headlines of news stories that update on a regular basis (automatically) on my website. In doing a little reading, it seems like the RSS is the way to go, but the only articles I can find deal with syndicating your own content, and not linking to existing content. I just want to be an end user for existing syndication, not a content creator.

Does anyone have experience in linking to (automatically) updating content using RSS on a STATIC web site? Can it be done? Do you have any links or tutorials ?
