these "rain" threads are endless....... most are usually "i floored it with nearly bald tires in a driving rain with lots of standing water and I wrecked into the curb, trees and a sewer"......

Glad you are alive and well, but apparently you needed to slow down.... it isn't the car....it is the driver

Close. I was on the Potenza S02's, about 1/2 tread and hit a puddle in the middle of an interstate after a recent downpour (I didn't floor it). The car went sideways into a Jersey wall, $19k in damage and 4 months to repair.

I'm glad to hear it was only your bumper. Quite a few people buy aftermarket bumpers so you might find a stock one on here or on eBay.
