I hate people who are out and out liars. I don't believe that this seller is naive. I even asked him if any panels had been replaced or repainted, and he replied with "It is all original". I'm sure I don't need to point out the paint and bumpers and trim that obviously make this car non-original. I reported the ad to ebay (as even if the seller has no idea, it should be pulled and corrected) and hope you do too:

Good catch. Must have been some front & rear damage to have an AP1 ft bumper that looks like it's missing some parts (like it just got out of the paint booth). And that AP2 rear bumper. But then WE would notice stuff like that. Some unsuspecting person who doesn't know the ins and outs of the S2K may not notice that stuff.

 

yeah that looks kinda dodgy, the colour match on the front bumper would alarm me first, then the ap2 rear on it... wander what he's hiding underneath the freshly painted parts..??

definitely replaced front bumper. mis-matching paint, no fender liner, missing antenna, AP2 rear bumper...is one of the HID not working?

 

I wonder if it had a hardtop at one time, or if someone though it would be cool to take the tape off of the windshield trim. I don't think it looks right if you don't have a color matched hardtop.
