s2ki.com in the bathroom
I am so excited about having a wireless network. In my old house I wired the whole house with CAT5 before new carpet was put in. Now that I'm in an apartment I picked up a wireless router and NIC. I use my computer everywhere. I walk outside a few yards and it's great.
I noticed that many new notebooks (Toshiba) have the wireless interface integrated.
Who else has gone wireless?
Posting from the thrown, what a concept!

I certainly think this a posting of record length for S2K Fan.
That being said, guess where I am now?
Hint: not my wireless-enabled home, but that of my parents.
That's right, I traveled 7 hours by car so that I could still post from the throne.
....wiping up in Charlotte!

I've been wireless for a long time, and the whole going to the crapper with your wireless toy wears off real quick when it goes into the drink (dogs do drink from them btw).
I had my first iPAQ fall into the throne...damn defective product!
I'd hate to be the poor bastard that had to handle that in the RMA dept...yick.

went wireless about two weeks ago. Then I realized that my sony vaio laptop battery only lasts about 15 minutes ( it's a few years old ). So till I get a new battery, my network connection is wireless but I still have to keep my ac cord plugged in.
