I'm not sure what apsses for "brain injury" if the guy is up walking, talking, recognizing people, and otherwise showing a remarkable level of recovery for someone who a few days ago was sliding upside down under a car at 300 mph. I guess I'll wait for some evidence of impairment before bemoaning the tragedy.
