Actually I received one of the best mail solicitations ever about two years ago. A young lady called and after some discussion I asked her to send her info by mail. So she send me a package with a cover letter addressed..."Dear John". Of course she knew my name was not John, but it was so funny I had to call her and ask why she sent me a Dear John letter. We've been doing business ever since.
