Anyways, best to consult a lawyer or maybe do a search online. See what routes to take with such a situation. I'm pretty sure there have been plenty of similar issues being shared here on the net. As you have mentioned though, if she is really broke, you're going nowhere with taking her to court but spending more money. Yes, you can probably hit her credit, but doesn't really do much for yourself.
