scholarship fund creation
does anyone know how to create a scholarship fund or establishing a foundation?
thinking about creating one that is non-profit so i can donate to it, and use that money to help people i konw.

The only thing that's more trouble than a foundation is a horse or a boat. Setting up a scholarship is much easier.
Without more information, I would say that you will not be able to set up a non-profit foundation to help people that you know--that would violate the rules and you would never get it qualified.
