you're right if you can't afford a 50 dollar box, sell your 13" black and white tv as an antique and buy a box and a 64 inch tv with the money

 

there are some people out there on fixed incomes.

 

Who have had years to come up with the $10 difference between the cost of a box and the $40 free coupon they could get from the government for the past year. It's not my fault they ignored the commercials and PSA's that have been airing for the past six months.

 

hey, I'm not trying to make excuses for them. hell, I'm just as annoyed as you that people don't with the program. but there's a lot of stupid in this country.

 

I agree and coddling them more than we already do isn't needed. Cut the analog signals off in February. Tough love.

 

hell, why don't we just all go back to 13 inch black and white analog tv's with rabbit ear antennas. That would be cheapest and the most fair IMHO.
