well i would rather drive a brand new honda than a 1995 used bmw mercedes or porche that some people choose to buy...a lot of people who buy base bmw's mercede's and porches do so bcs they want to impress other people and most truley cant afford to own them imho...

Haha, the whole time I was reading your first post I kept thinking about how excited she was to get "A cold air intake!" in an excited voice... followed by "Oh, and he got me a necklace..." (or something of the jewlery sorts... sorry if I don't remember correctly).

Back on topic:
Chicks dig the car, but I can actually use it to decipher it they're down with me or down with $$$. If I suspect that the girl is just interested in me, I mention my daily driver (Ford Escape, nothing spectacular but not a cheap vehicle just to keep the miles off the S) and can watch her reaction. Of course it helps being able to read people well enough that the subtle hints can be picked up on. If she seems more interested in the fact that I have two vehicles (other than something like "Oh really? I drive an Escape too!") then bye...

I'd rather have a girl that can appreciate a nice car, but doesn't make her decide if she likes me or not.
