I couldn't care less because I'm not bandwidth impaired, but I was talking the other day to people who are both on dialup and who access the net via wireless connections on PalmPilots and such, and big sigs take a LONG time to load (DC's was mentioned specifically).

For those using such connections, putting people with big sigs on their ignore list might help, though missing that person's contributions sucks...

It was bandwidth, too many little pics (except of that one of your ex's butt). Too many that you couldn't make out any of the faces in them.

I think if you just had that pic alone it wouldn't have been a problem.

If there is such issue....shouldnt the programer of the site set a limiter to begain with to eliminate the issues? Because if it was left alone, we all though we can put as much as we want. instead now realized because too many pics not someone dont like my contents....

DC, just voted to help out your cause. I want to see the sig back. If bandwidth is a problem, then shouldn't these people just set up their account so that the sigs are ignored??

Or better yet, to accomodate those like CRitchie who want to see what people have to say but don't have time to download big pics, maybe compress the pics a little bit (in quality, not necessarily in size, PM me if you don't know how) and eliminate any redundant pics (I remember 3 or 4 of the Hooters pics, I think 1 or 2 would suffice).
