it was still the car drivers fault.... he could have been riding a bicycle and the same thing would have happened..... he clearly wasn't going fast or he wouldn't have landed right on the windshield.....so the Hyabusa part is moot in my opinion.
I don't think he would've lost teeth, opened up his head or all the other crap that happened to him if he were riding a bicycle. The fact that he was on a Hayabusa is definitely relevant.

The guy's a squidly squidenheimmer squid.

Oh and this accident also goes to prove that senior citizens should be retested after turning 60. Too bad it'll never happen due to the AARP.

He landed on the car.... so he only traveled 2-3 feet total upon impact. The impact had to be at an extremely low speed for that to happen..... so everyone can yell HAYABUSA all they want, but I would still guess a bicyclist would have ended up in the same spot.

If he had been going 30mph upon impact he would have been 40 feet down the road when he landed.

Not true, it would depend on what angle he clipped the car. I've had the unfortunate experience of being hit by a car (while on my moped...hey, I was 16) and was travelling approx. 25mph. I flew up in the air and landed on her hood. Luckily I was wearing a helmet.

I just don't see a Hayabusa travelling at anything less than 25mph.
