SHower every night and every morning as I am a greasy bastard. Shave every other day or so. As for shitting, I save that for work so I can do it on company time and get paid!

I'll follow that procedure about 98% of the time. I wouldn't say I NEED to shave everyday, it's just that I have the facial hair of a 15 year old, so it's probably better I shave before anyone gets a chance to see!

Routines keep my mornings nice and efficient.

somehow I got the GREASE gene too.... i shower every morning, and almost every lunch at the gym (during the week). I can go a full week without shaving.... and I usually shit whenever i feel the need..... no routine here.

If I got to Benehana's (or Makado's) it is all I can do to make it home to piss out my ass for the next 2 hours......not fun to do, but I usually fell awesome afterwards.
