If that was me, I would have shoved that video camera up that guy's ass! 
That seriously looked like a handbrake turn in the middle of traffic on a perfectly dry, sunny day. It's good to hear she was OK. Were I to ride a bike, I'd definetly have a camera setup in my helmet!
