Default A Short Film

An awesome, moving short film, maybe not about the S2000, but I think it expresses the same feeling of what a car means to us, freedom.

Enjoy!

Why'd he put the top up after splashing a bucket of water on the car, and I hate shuffling :<

Funny thing, I watched that film last night too. There are a lot of great short films on Vimeo, over 12,000 as of yesterday. You could have your own short film festival just by going to Vimeo. The car is a Peugeot 504 Cabrio. I kinda like it, though it looks to be a 4 seater and I like 2 seaters. But from the side shot as he's cleaning the car, it looks a lot like a Fiat 124 Spider.

Like Black Bear, I would NEVER throw a bucket of water across it without the top up but the guy did a nice job only hitting the trunk area (or so it looks from that angle). And I would freak if I saw that happen my car if I rented it to the filmmakers for the use of it in the film. Of course it may also belong to the film makers.

BTW, great song, the one where he's wiping it down. It's "En Route Pour La Joie" by the band Noir Desir found here - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_O8m0crTeQs

Here are a couple more great short films on Vimeo - "Leave Me" - http://vimeo.com/4220803 and "Table 7" - http://vimeo.com/19237917
