^ Some people have walkout basements. So although it is the basement, it is actually "ground level". The walkout basement usually leads to the back yard. This is the case when the first floor is elevated above ground.

I'm thinkin of selling off my guitars and just getting one ESP custom or KH-2, maybe even a PRS. Don't play enough anymore to justify having so many different guitars. Would really just rather have one REALLY quality piece.
