Smallville Fans, please read
Even though Smallville is probably for a younger crowd than I, I admit to watching, maybe because when I was young, I liked Superman and wanted to fly.
I must have missed something. Last season Lana sees Clark's powers first-hand while hiding in Lex's wine cellar. This season, she is standing in Clark's house when his cousin moves from one end of the room to the other and changes clothes in a flash. Lana says she can see that the cousin is from Clark's side of the family. Clark says of all the discussions he imagined having with Lana about his abilities, that wasn't one of them.
Was there something between those two shows where the moment of truth is discussed between Clark and Lana? Season after season he hides his abilities and lies to Lana (or avoids the truth) and yet they don't show the two of them discussing the fact that she knows he's different? Does he ever admit he isn't human (as opposed to just another person affected by meteor rocks)? Isn't there a scene when she says I saw you tear a metal door off it's hinges and he says "aaaahhhhhh, now you know!"?
What did I miss? Or do I expect too much from the writers?

You know, I don't recall a scene where he ever explained it to her. I think that after seeing his powers, Lionel filled her in on his background, she also knows that he knows his weakness, which is why she was/is protecting him from him.
That's not funny Raj, I was already embarrassed to start this thread. But my curiosity is bigger than my fear of embarrassment.
Anybody else? We're just supposed to infer what happened? That's like a skin flick ending at the point of entry- what fun is that?

Okay I found this with a google search, "I'm really bored right now."
"In the season finale ("Phantom" S6XE22) Clark finally works up the nerve
to tell Lana. Lana tells him that she already knows about his powers, but
she still thinks at that point that he is a "Meteor Afflicted" and
that is how he got his powers. It was then he told her he was from
Krypton. This was just before Lana faked her death for Lex faking her
pregnancy-among other things-and send Lex up the river for her "murder". "

Thanks Raj. But I watched the season finale (I remember the car blowing up that Lana was supposedly in), and I saw no scene like you described. Did anyone reading this see it?
I looked at several web sites for this info and had no luck. If you are still bored, Raj, PM me with the website you found. Thanks.

No there wasn't a scene where they talk about Clark's true identity. It's a real shame, because I think most Smallville fans looked forward to that moment.
No shame in being a fan. I haven't missed a single episode from season 1.
I'm surprised we haven't had a smallville thread before.

Thanks Ishbu, I might do that. But first I'd like to know if I really missed an episode. Sa far no one has said that they saw, firsthand, the conversation that "should have been" and Amit, who hasn't missed a show, says it never happened.
