Mine only squeaks when I forget to wipe it off "afterward". But the mind boggles at how that could affect the space bar *shudder*.

go up to federal way to a place called infotech (www.infotechnow.com) and buy yourself a new keyboard for like 7.99 and your problem will be fixed

Seriously, I think your service tech will send you a new one if you let him hear the squeak on the phone. All you have to do is send your sqeaky one back in a prepaid box they send you.

Does it squeak when you aren't using it? Maybe you have a mouse in it. Try putting cheese next to your keyboard overnight and see if it squeaks the next day.




Seriously though, just pop off the spacebar and grease the tabs.
