why? who knows it gets out of hand sometimes but that's why you have MODS!!!
Luder posts this... these types of threads are allowed in the Off-Topic forum. Host it there...there's generally more flexibility there anyway.
and then the artist formally known as Raj posts this and locks the thread after direction from another mod?

Some mods are cool and others cry when their pet cows play in the train tracks, just ignore the uncool ones and post with the cool ones

I think a random pic "off topic" thread is fine and dandy....just keep the crap out of it. we are all capable people and know the difference between right an wrong, correct?
the problem is that no one wants to deal with a thread like that because some asshat always comes in posts a quasi racist, pornographic, or cruel picture in it and thinks its cool or funny.
why cant people just follow the rules?
the topic is open for discussion. I enjoyed the random pic threads too but, when the line gets crossed, I think all of us have the right and responsibility to say , hey WTF!!???

rules are rules somone gives you crap kick them off for a week.

I am perfectly fine being the whipping post on this issue. I am confident the people running this site will agree with my stance. they may tell me to STFU but they will agree with me.
BRING IT....I dont give two shits about pissing off 20-somethings (most of which are guests)...my bet is that, by the time they are my age they will see the world through different eyes.
