Going down to the local drag strip on route 54. Nothing celebrates Jesus rising from the dead to save human kind better than illegal car racing.

We went on a glorious 6 hour, 300 mile, top down drive: La Crescenta west on 210 and 118 to 101 at Thousand Oaks up coast to Ventura, inland on 126 to Santa Paula to Santa Clarita, north on 5 over Tejon Pass to Frazier Park, Mexican food lunch with Pacifico beers, up to Mt. Pinos (8,300 feet), back down to 5 south to 210 east to home. Then on to the carwash -- bug city.

Cleared by noon in Dallas. Got up into the 70's. Sat by the pool and enjoyed some adult beverages

 

I zaino'd my car yesterday, so I think I'll stare at it today.
