As far as Cinderella teams this year I highly doubt it. Four teams clearly are playing at a level by themselves - Brazil, Argentina, Holland, and Czech Republic.
Argentia wont do it... They couldnt even win copa america vrs. brazil, when ronaldo, ronaldihno, carlos were not playing. They pretty much lost to brazils b team.

Ronaldhino is IMHO one of the best soccer players that ever lived. He makes Beckham look like an amateur.

Man that guy must feel so damn cool! Who wouldn't when you blow away all of your opponents like that.

Soccer is the bomb, I grew up in Glasgow and I used to be a die-hard fan. I lost interest really when I moved to the US, but I will of course be following the world cup!

6 Strikers?

Apparently you dont watch enough soccer oR Never played the game. All of a teams strikers are not utilized on the field at one time. Usually its 2-3 (at a time) You need a midfield and a defense as well.

Besides, it takes more than a certain amount of strikers to win a game. You cannot just play offensively. You must defend as well

Brasil is a awesome team, no doubt. And every year they acquire great new talent. Im not saying Port is going to win, but we should make it to the semi-finals at least. One thing is for sure, i really belive this WC the winning country will be one of those "Cinderella Teams" if you will. That is, a team that no one expected and has never won a WC match in the past.
Did you know that in the 60's and 70's, Brasil had 4 strikers for all games. They were the only team had formulation of 4-2-4, 4 defenses 2 midfields and 4 forwards.

Did you know what did Brasilian coach said in the 70's ? If they scored 1 goal, we score 2 or 3 or more goals, who's going to win !!!

Brasil has no defense for a long long time, but their offensive power is so great such that they may give up some goals, but they score a lot more and that is the beauty of the game. To them, soccer is the beautiful games for high scoring, not for making a wall on front of the goal to prevent get scored by oppenents.

Go Brasil

Pele said he believes Ronaldinho to be THE best player that has ever lived. I might agree with him
