Looks like it was reversed up there. High rear bumper rode up the rail.

 

I ran into one like her yesterday afternoon. I had just pulled into a Shell station. I had just stopped at a gas pump on my left and was about to start putting gas into my S2K. There was a diesel pump in front of this pump. A woman in an Expedition pulls up behind my, talking on her cell phone, and starts honking her horn and yelling out her window "pull forward, pull forward.' I tell her "my car doesn't run very well on diesel." She keeps talking on the phone, honking, and yelling. A guy on the other side of the diesel pump is pumping diesel into his truck and laughing like hell. Finally, this woman flips me off and backs suddenly out into traffic without looking, almost causing a big accident. Then she starts yelling at the car that just missed centerpunching her.

 

IQ tests should be a part of getting a drivers liscense...
