IF something bad happens like dented panel or a full soda can in my interior, I would just dial 911 right there, give cop the plate #, and follow them until cop catches up. What's gonna happen if you throw quarters anyways? Don't mess around and put yourself in danger.

 

I had some mexican kids in a busted ass crown vic throw a cup of soda at my car before.. hit the side and the soda splashed all over the side of my car. I am going to track that car down and spray paint penises all over the car in pink.

 

things like this happens to me sometimes. My wife and daughter have a habit of leaving water bottles filled with water in my car so when anybody does s*&t like this i have that to throw at them..hehehehe. I rem a ford explorer strait cut me off almost made me swerve and hit the median so i got in front of him threw a water bottle at his windshield and dam thing exploded that really shook him up!
