BAck when I had my ZX-9r, some guy tried cutting me off and I would not let him. He tracked me off the freeway and started punching me at a stop light (he got out of his car). I reported the plate to the police immmediately and they had him pulled over in less than 5 minutes.
Don't fight back, unless of course you're using D cells and have a clear getaway.

When I was in high school, a truck full of redneck guys threw a half-full Big Gulp at me while I was riding my motorcycle. It hit the front of my bike spraying red punchall over me and my bike. I didn't crash (fortunately), but I was scared to death. I couldn't do anything about it, because they were in a big 4x4 and coulda killed me.
In retrospect, I'm glad I couldn't go after them. Who knows what stupid decisions I would have made?!
Don't retaliate. It only makes you a criminal. You're going to feel victimized either way, so you might as well play the victim role, call the cops, and get the offenders nailed the right way.

My friend got shot 4 times in a road rage incident he live but learned if you get cut off or anything else just call the cops they do take this stuff seriously and will go after the offender, get the plate # and location, direction and description of vehicle and you will be surprised at what happens. Like I said they take this very serious.

In this area there is probably a 50/50 chance that the guy that pisses you off in traffic has both a concealed carry permit and a pistol on hand. LOL, maybe that's why most people are so polite. 
Anyone who is crazy enough to throw stuff at your car is crazy enough to shoot you or do you serious bodily harm. Just get a tag # and call the cops.

A motorcycle riding buddy of mine always carried a pocket full of old ball bearings, or nuts and bolts, or the like. Reach in the pocket, toss them up in the air and watch the payback.
