Some people tuned in late, took it seriously, packed their children and valuables, and fled the city in fear! Reminiscent of "War of the Worlds" or whatever it was? And the topper here: the DJs were fined and suspended from being on the air for 2 weeks for this, an obvious April Fool's Day joke!

<sigh>. Stupidity used to amuse me... now it just amazes me!
