A 15-day suspension for that? Someone needs to meet this cop in a dark alley, whip the shit out of him to within an inch of his life, then use their cell to call a recording of his voice and play it for him.

i hope the family has a lawsuit in the works.. wasnt until the THIRD call that an ambulance was dispatched
