Well i'm actually asking for a friend, but i figure this is a car forum, so you guys'll have more knowledge in this.

So anyway, my friend was going to back out of some parking space, and some SUV backed into her. My friend, being inexperienced, paniced, and was really pissed, so she started cussing and long story short, she didn't get the insurance, nor the license plate, she glimpsed at the driver's license. And the driver gave her a phone number, which she claims is a cell, but it's NOT a cell, and when you call the number, no one picks up, after like 500000 rings. 411 claims it's a cell number, but we know it's not because all it is is "unpublished". So anyway, my friend was in such a frenzy that she can't even read the person's name in her own handwriting. But she can make it out. So basically, the lady never called her back, and she's been trying to contact the other lady but haven't gotten any luck. So anyway this is the only information we have.

Btw this was in arcadia.

The name is either:
Angela Anquli
Angela Anguzi
Angela Anguli
Angela Anquzi

Driving a newer model
White Ford Explorer XLT with a silver bumper
License plate started with a 4 (yea yea it doesn't help much)

And the phone number she gave was
(626) 446-4411

It seems kinda fake with the "4411" but we've called it kept ringing. The lady however said it was a cell number, but we know for a fact that it isn't, because cell phone's will have a voice mail within 4 rings, and a "446" is an arcadia phone number. So either the lady made it up and my friend's screwed, or, she gave us her fax line or something.

I've tried using google and a buncha search engines for the different names, and the phone number and no luck. My friend's called the phone company, told them we REALLY needed the name, but they're still not allowed to give us "undisclosed information". We've contacted the cops but they don't give a crap for such a "minor" accident. Oh and it left a dent in her rear fender/quarterpanel/bumper area, some body shop claims 2000 bucks for a repair but i told her she's gettin ripped off there too. Camry btw.

So yea, if anyone can help my friend out with any information it'd be greatly appreciated. Thanks guys.

Go to the cops. With that much info they should easily be able to find her. I mean how many Explorers fit that description in Arcadia, with a plate that starts with 4. I'd bet not to many. And the fact you have her first name I think the cops could find her with in a few minutes.

 

And do it before she gets it fixed.
