Default Can personal info be looked up by a cell number?

This guy keeps harassing my friend by calling and texting her and I wanna scare him, but not threaten to kill him of course. They dont even know each other!! She is getting her number changed though soon. But somehow he knows her email and some other personal shit too I guess. This has been goin on for almost a month now and she just told me. I wanna block my number and call him soon and say stuff to him to make him quit. I know his number and wanna see if I can look up any stuff about him by using his number just to say to him to scare him off. His area code is kind of local too.

Depends on if he has a friend in CS at the phone company. Someone I know can do some scary digging with his laptop and a WIFI connection. I had some jerk cut me off in traffic on a bike then take off (I was in my truck) told him about it in passing, he asked for the license plate and in 15 minutes he had what I needed. He is kind of a dork and nerd so I keep a eye on him and in return he is my IT dork.

Just call the guy and meet him face to face and take care of it , what's the big deal?

tell her to ignore it. Dont even respond. Its not even worth the time. eventually the guy will get bored and give up. I had a similar problem like this with my girlfriend.

You can get anything on anyone and all its costs is $5 from most sites. did you try the police? harassment anyone? unless she does owe him legitimately, then he can call anytime.
