You do realize she's worth over $1B.
$2.5 billion net worth as of last year's Forbes rankings.

Well first you have to fork out 75mil to purchase the house, then another $700,000+ each year for property taxes. Definitely a nice house, but he's got nothing on B.G's assessed 98mil. dollar house out in Washington that is mostly underground.

Bill Gates' house isn't really in Medina, it's really a lair in the center of the earth.

I'd be happy if I can make enough $ to cover that house's tax.

If I was in the market for something like that, I'd spend alot of time getting high on the roof.

So what is the estimate of land value and improvements...it would be interesting to see what an assessment on a home like that is.

Either way, that is pretty insane. On the subject of expensive home, didn't Bill Gates' home in Washington or Oregon or something like that cost $100 million just to build?

Are you guys serious? I live in LA and my girlfriend is in real estate. For $4m you can get more land than that on the beach in SoCal. That guy bought three lots in a commercial development to get a house that big, but if he had any sense he would would have spent a tiny fraction of his $75m on seclusion and owned property with real worth that would appreciate far faster than his fantasyland home. Just try to imagine who would actually buy that place... The realtors had to shop the house on Good Morning America just to get people to look at it. Generally, that's a very bad sign.

All this talk about land around it, remember he had the fantasy park INSIDE the house area. Now that's seclusion!
