Thats a nice place but if I had 75 million dollars for a house I would definately build something different...more to my taste

 

Corona Del Mar is one of the most expensive area in Orange County, I think it is more expensive than Newport Beach. The most expensive land in Orange County probably is in Pelican Crest of Newport Coast, it was more than $5 millions for 1/4 acres lot in 2001.

 

Eh, I'll take an estate in the Hamptons for half that much. I couldn't stand to have so much "new money" around.
