Yes there are, and you see them everyday. They are the idiots driving around in domestic trash and talk shit about imports. I know, I know, I just put down domestics, but my bias against them comes from first hand experience, not narrowmindedness and unreasonable bias against something I have never owned or driven. I don't know about you guys, but I'm not about to go to Toyota's plants in California, Indiana, or Kentucky and tell those dudes that the cars they are making there are not "American Made".

btw,

he knows that it would beat them for a few reasons

1) wont break down
2) same power better gas mileage = less pit stops
3) handle better

 

Except that NASCAR will have them running 350ish cubic inch pushrod engines in their Toyota. The bottom line is that the make of the cars in NASCAR is just a slightly different body style on exactly the same chassis with nearly the exact same engine under the hood.
