Speeding anyone?
REALLY BAD TIMING is all I have to say. I was in Atlanta driving down GA 400 following a coworker and just wanted to pass him for two seconds at a high rate of speed because I thought it would be good water cooler talk. Light traffic, Sunny, straight line for two seconds... unfortunately he must have been behind me for some time tailing me and when I disappeared he came after me. Amazingly he didn't arrest me. He was actually pretty nice other than the fact that he wrote me up at 119/55 MPH. Anyone had a similar experience? Looking for some comfort. I never get into anything so this if this is the worst than I will be fine.

dang talking about wreckless driving I'm surprised that he didn't revoke your license or something like that. I got pulled over once for going 66 in a 35. I got a ticket and had to go to court. I just hired a lawyer paid him $185 and he took care of everything for me. In the end I had to take an 8 hour class so that it wouldn't go on my insurance. But overall becareful next time. I know our cars are fun and exhilirating to drive but you don't want to lose your life or someting silly.

Trust me, I totally understand. I was in a suit!! There was no one around me (especially at 120) but it is still silly. My attorney acted like that was the fastest that a car could go. Hell you can get to 120 in a Ford Tempo stationwagon. I am going to take a Def. Driving course before court. $500 for Attorney and the fine will be at least $600. I will keep you posted. I don't have any points on my license so that should help!!

wow you got lucky. I was in a friends car when he got pulled over in Nowhereville North Carolina for doing 103/55. He spent the night in jail because we didn't have enough money to bail him out

Yeah VTEC9, I was really surprised. He didn't even mention it and he was a State Patrol, they usually are very serious and follow the book. I guess that it is their discretion or he was going somewhere. Any rate, I am driving in 4th now.

Damn Mike. That sucks. Good thing they didn't get us when we were flying down 400 that one time.
I'm suprised they didn't lock you up. Georgia State Patrol hauled Chris Tucker away for going about that fast and he's famous. Good luck with fighting the ticket. Maybe you'll find a loophole or something or better yet, maybe the officer won't show to court

Hey Joe, I hope all is well. I actually have a S2 with a laser shifter but I had taken the Laser shifter out because it doesn't fit in my grill too good and the radar was in my buddy's car. I was so pissed. Anyway, I will keep you posted. Tell everyone I said hello. I will see you guys in the spring! I am getting the ACT clutch put in and I just ordered some Black Volks with a chrome lip.
