i just got a ticket today(my first one ) for doing 60 in 35. it was supposed to be reckless but he only gave me a speeding ticket. the thing is, he clocked me on his motorcycle(while he was moving) from the other side of the median going the other way. is that even possible(while we were both moving towards eachother)? i wasnt thinking right at the time and forgot to ask him if he could show me the radar gun. anyways, what do you guys think i should do? fight it or pay up? i dont care about the cost of the ticket, its the points that going to kill me. i currently have +3 good driving points and with the 4-point ticket, that'll take me down to -1.


do i have a better chance if i plead guilty and give them an explanation to why i was speeding.
