Looks like a regular NSX with the new Type-R headlights and a slightly modified front bumper to me...
My Honda (the NSX is a Honda in Germany) dealer offered me to trade my S2000 + 25k Euro for a black '00 NSX 3.2 6spd with about 4000 miles. It's practically a new car. Very tempting...
They have a hard time selling those cars.
